I'm excited to announce a new program now available to companies, community groups, charities or any group of 10-30 in the Leicestershire area who would like to know how to deal with anxiety.

 

The workshop is available as a one day or half day course and includes a variety of techniques on how to handle anxiety, how to help those you care about who may suffer from it, and potentially how to avoid it!
